So you cannot activate your account, because you haven't received your Activation E-mail?

Try the following:

( 1 )

Check your junk mail/spam folder in your E-mail account. Our activation E-mail may have gone in there.

( 2 )

How long have you waited? Please allow at least 24 hours for your activation E-mail to arrive.... the postman gets busy sometimes!

( 3 )

The E-mail account.... do you have more than one E-mail account? Are you checking the correct E-mail account?

( 4 )

Your Registration Details.....*ARE YOU SURE* that you spelt your E-mail address correctly, when applying for a user account here? It only takes one mistake, and you'll never get your activation E-mail!

So, what next?

If you have gone through all of the above, and still no joy, then what to do next, is:

If you really want the username that you set up the account with, then wait at least seven days, and after this, un-activated accounts are usually picked up by me, and deleted.

Once its deleted, try again.... but you cannot register another user account with the same username while the other 'dead' account exists! You will have to wait for that dead account to be deleted, before trying again with the same username. On the second attempt, make sure that you get your E-mail address correct!!

Alternatively, please register another account with a different username. To help me out, as soon as you get your activation E-mail, activate your account with the key inside the E-mail, then log-in to this forum and send me a private Message, letting me know what happened, and the username of the other account.
